Pack Rat Storage provides multiple levels of security, being well-lit and secured by a fence around the perimeter. Renters enter through a private security gate that requires a passcode. Multiple security cameras provide video surveillance of the storage facility. 

  • How do I sign up for a storage unit?

    We make self-storage renting easy! First, contact us at Pack Rat Storage to check for availability. Next, you'll fill out a rental contract via email or in person at our office. Pack Rat Storage will assign you a climate controlled storage unit and passcode to enter the secure storage facility. 

  • Do you charge an application fee?

    Pack Rat Storage doesn't charge an application, administrative, or move-in fee for our climate controlled storage units. You can keep that money in your pocket!

  • How often should I renew my rental agreement?

    We offer a month-to-month rental agreement contract that automatically renews each month. When you no longer need the storage space, you must provide a 30-day notice before the end of the current month. Your lease will expire at the end of the following month. Pack Rat Storage can handle all your self-storage needs. Rest easy knowing your items are safe in our climate controlled storage units.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    Pack Rat Storage offers a variety of payment options for your convenience. Renters can pay with cash, money orders, checks, credit cards, or debit cards.   • How will I know what size storage unit to rent?

    We offer various size options to fit your climate controlled storage needs. From mini-storage units of 6x10 feet to maxi-storage units of 10x30 feet, we have what you need.
